INTERIOR DESIGN

A comprehensive question and answer consultation to get an understanding of your aesthetic vision, design inspiration, functionality, and style of living.  

In this next stage of the design process we begin with concept floor plans which will be provided to you for approval.  We also create and present to you a selection of finishes and materials which we believe best suit your design goals. 

This is where we develop and fine tune the design details. During this stage we provide you with a first revision of the design including all drawings, mood boards, a detailed schedule and a 2D render allowing you to visualise the proposed design. 

We will set up a meeting to run through this set of documents with you and discuss any potential adjustments. 

The design is ready to go! This is when we provide you with the full set of final documentation.  

At this point you can begin forwarding the design documentation to potential builders to tender. We have builders which we have worked closely with so can share our contacts with you and help you through this process. 

During this stage of the process, the vision becomes reality! We stay in close contact with the builder and conduct site visits in order to ensure the built form is of Domina Vir design standards. We ensure the client is kept regularly informed of the progress of works. Once complete, we conduct a final inspection of the design and ensure any issues are rectified before handover to our clients for them to enjoy their new home.
