Director 

Stephanie is the Lead Designer and Director at Domina Vir. She is a registered Architect, with over 10 years of experience in the industry. 

Stephanie previously worked at high-end architectural firm, Fender Katsalidis on award winning residential, commercial and mix-use projects. She has gained experience within an extensive range of projects at all scales. Some of the projects she has worked on include large scale office towers, apartment blocks, heritage and non-heritage apartment developments, small-scale residential new homes and house extensions.

Stephanie also has a great passion for interiors which she has focused on for the past few years. She enjoys developing a thorough understanding of her clients’ individual needs and values. Stephanie designs with close consultation to her clients directly, resulting in meaningful, diverse and personalised outcomes. She translates her clients vision into forward thinking design concepts that suit their wants, needs, site and budget. Stephanie’s attention to detail and visual awareness is what sets her apart from the rest.  

Stephanie has a strong knowledge of the design process underpinned by environmental context, historic research and relevant construction techniques. She has a strong understanding of the Victorian Building Standards and has a great deal of town planning experience. She is one Intelligent, creative and dedicated individual. 

Head of Operations

Olivia is an extremely organised and proactive member of Domiva Vir. She has a great understanding of the design process from initial concept to final handover. She works in close proximity to Stephanie which enables a seamless and positive client experience. 

Olivia contributes to both the creative, technical and administrational elements of Domina Vir. She has an eye for detail and preforms accurately under pressure. 

With a tertiary qualification behind her, Olivia is a highly enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. She liaises with clients and builders regularly and coordinates meetings and schedules.
